The Municipal Buildings Division is responsible for overseeing:

• The maintenance for all City owned buildings
• Custodial services for Government Center and Library
• All Public Construction for all City and School Buildings

As designated by the Director of the Department of Community Maintenance, the Division assists various city departments with procuring construction related projects, such as:

• Specification writing
• Buildings assessment reporting
• Administrative reporting

Responsibilities
