Online Payments

Dog licenses are sold year-round and are valid from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.

A current rabies certificate with proof of spaying/neutering, if applicable, must be on file. If necessary, you will be contacted to forward a copy.

If licensing five dogs or more, a kennel license is required and can be purchased in person or by mail.

Business certificates must be notarized and completed in black ink.

Please Note:

Payments for non-criminal violations payable to the City Clerk such as dog, litter/bulky-item and marijuana fines. Payments for motor vehicle/parking citations are payable to the Parking Clerk and may be made here.

Please Note:

Birth Certificates are on file for individuals born in Fall River or whose parents resided in Fall River at the time of their birth.

Marriage Certificates are on file only if the parties filed their intention with the City of Fall River. Please include both names on the form.

Death Certificates are on file only for individuals who died in the City of Fall River, who were Fall River residents at the time of their death, or any Veteran buried in Fall River.
A $5 mail processing fee is included with the purchase of the first record.
