The Consumer Service Program works in cooperation with the Attorney General of the state of Massachusetts to mediate consumer complaints for residents of Acushnet, Assonet, Berkley, Dighton, Dartmouth, Dighton, Fall River, Fairhaven, Freetown, Lakeville, Marion, Mattapoisett, Middleboro, New Bedford, Rehoboth, Rochester, Seekonk, Somerset, Swansea and Westport.

The Office of Consumer Affairs has been servicing the Greater Fall River area for over twenty-five years.

The legal component of the office provides non-criminal legal information to Fall River residents only.
